What We Do
BK Home Broker is a specialist off-the-plan property brokerage. We match buyers to new build properties — house and land packages, townhouses, and apartments — from multiple builders across Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, and New South Wales.
BK Home Broker is not a mortgage broker. We are a property broker: we find, compare, and match buyers to new homes. We do not provide home loan or mortgage advice.
Our model: builders and developers pay BK Home Broker a commission when a sale settles — the same commission their own sales team would earn. Buyers pay nothing at any stage of the process.
Why BK Exists
When a buyer visits a builder's display village, they speak to the builder's sales team. That team represents the builder — not the buyer. The buyer has no independent advocate comparing multiple builders simultaneously.
BK Home Broker fills this gap. We represent the buyer's interests across 15+ active builders in every growth corridor we cover. The builder has a sales team. Now you have BK.
Who We Help
- First Home Buyers — We guide first home buyers through FHOG eligibility (Queensland: $30,000 grant for new homes under $750,000), stamp duty concessions, deposit structure, and builder selection. No cost to the buyer.
- Property Investors — We match investors to new builds with strong rental yield projections, depreciation benefits, and capital growth potential. We provide suburb-level demand and supply analysis, vacancy rate data, and build-to-rent comparisons.
- Owner-Occupiers and Upgraders — Families and upgraders building a new home. We compare builders, inclusions, land sizes, and timelines to find the right fit.
- BK Partner Network— Mortgage brokers, buyer's agents, and financial planners who refer property buyer clients to BK in exchange for referral commissions.
